1. Few days after the kittens are born, we will make a litter announcement. We will let you know through social media and this website how many Ragdoll kittens we have and what color they would be. We offer Blue Eye Traditional, Mink, Sepia, and Solid Ragdoll kittens, with pointed, mitted and bicolor pattern. 

2. We will announce kittens’ gender and colors in 2 weeks and begin accepting deposits. This will be a good time to contact us to discuss a kitten of your choice. Deposit contract will be sent to you at the time of reservation.

3. The deposit of $300 is required to reserve a kitten. The deposit is not refundable but it can be applied to a kitten from future litter if circumstances require.We will consider to allow kittens to go home after they are 11 weeks old on case by case basis. Average go home time is 10-12 weeks.

4. Payment must be made in full by cash on the day of pickup or via PayPal 3 days in advance.

5.  Most of our kittens will be sold as companion animals or pets. A kitten will receive TICA registration slip when new owner provides the proof of desexing.

6. Our kittens come with guaranty to be free from FIV/FeLV as well as genetic conditions (1 year guarantee on genetic conditions). Does not include FIP/FHV. 

7. Our kittens will come with 1 month of free health insurance. New owner will have to activate it on the day a kitten comes home. The new owner will have an option to continue coverage. Health exam within a first week is recommended. 

8. All kittens will receive age-appropriate immunizations and deworming.

9. We offer $100 discount for purchasing 2 kittens.

10. Our kittens priced based on quality and color, starting at $1800 for a pet kitten.

11. We would consider offering a kitten with breeding rights to established TICA registered ethical breeder/ cattery only. Please, contact for details.

12. Please, have carrier available with you on the day of pick up.

13. Placement of deposit indicates agreement with our Deposit contract that can be found under Contract drop menu of Customer Care. Please, view our deposit contract before placing deposit.

14. Purchase contract will be sent close to pick up date and outlines condition of sell agreement.
